Founded in 2017, the Ladies Lead Foundation is dedicated to uplifting young girls in Ghana through comprehensive educational programs and health initiatives. Our mission is to foster empowerment and self-respect, ensuring every girl has the opportunity to thrive.
Ladies Lead Foundation, our mission comes to life through three powerful pillars: Education, Menstrual Hygiene Management, and Entrepreneurship. These focus areas reflect our commitment to empowering the girl-child and youth with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive. From providing school resources and mentorship to promoting dignified menstrual health and creating pathways to self-reliance through skills training, each initiative is designed to spark transformation and unlock potential.
