Bead Making & Jewelry

Creating handcrafted jewellery and accessories using traditional and modern techniques, with training on pricing and selling locally and online.

Dressmaking & Fashion Design

Learning pattern making, sewing, and fashion design to launch their own tailoring businesses or work in the growing textile industry.

Food Processing & Catering

Food preparation, preservation, packaging, and business management for catering services, street food, and food product lines.

Digital & Online Business

Basic digital literacy, social media marketing, and e-commerce skills to help young women sell products and services in the digital marketplace.

Financial Literacy & Savings

Understanding money management, saving, budgeting, and accessing micro-finance — essential knowledge for building a sustainable business.

Leadership & Confidence Building

Public speaking, self-confidence, goal-setting, and leadership skills to help young women become effective business owners and community role models.

Are You Eligible?

Our program is open to young women across Ghana who are ready to take charge of their future. No formal education is required.

Young Women (16–35 years)

Open to girls and young women between the ages of 16 and 35 years in any region of Ghana.

Out-of-School or Underemployed

Priority is given to girls who are not in school or who lack stable employment or income.

Motivated & Committed

All that's required is a genuine desire to learn, grow, and build a better future for yourself and your community.
