- About Ladies Lead Foundation
Empowering Girls through Education, Health, & Entrepreneurship in Ghana
Founded in 2017, the Ladies Lead Foundation is dedicated to uplifting young girls in Ghana through comprehensive educational programs and health initiatives. Our mission is to foster empowerment and self-respect, ensuring every girl has the opportunity to thrive.

- Our Organization History
The Ladies Lead Foundation is a Non-governmental Organization established in 2017 focused on equipping the girl-child and the youth with knowledge, skills, and resources to realize a brighter future. Over the years, we have focused on providing materials and information for good menstrual hygiene management, youth education, and equipping the less privileged with entrepreneurial skills. Our target group is the girl-child, but our young boys also benefit from our educational training, donation of study materials, and donation to orphanage homes. The Ladies Lead Foundation started with a group of ladies who seek to empower the marginalized girl-child to realize their potential. We aim to empower the girl-child to realize their worth and take initiative for societal transformation. The Foundation has impacted lives in the Greater Accra and Eastern regions and aims to extend its activities to all the other areas of Ghana.
To inspire the girl-child and the youth to acquire knowledge and skills, provide leadership and entrepreneurial training to the marginalized girl-child, support the youth with material resources, and school dropouts to reintegrate into society through counseling
To bring to light both the inward and outward worth of the girl child and to empower the youth to achieve their highest potential.
We encourage the girl-child and the youth to exhibit qualities that conform to morally accepted standards in society. We believe the girl-child and the youth can still achieve their potential in a morally accepted way, irrespective of the rise of unscrupulous practices in society.
We encourage the girl-child and the youth to have a sense of direction and stay committed to their aspirations until they accomplish them. We instill habits including planning, time management, and periodic self-evaluation among the youth. We believe the girl-child and the youth can attain their highest Potential When Focused And Maximize Available Opportunities.

We encourage the girl-child and the youth to work hard and smartly. We believe working hard and smartly in a technologically revolutionized era is a sure way to success.
We believe beauty extends beyond physical appearance. We encourage the girl-child and the youth to be considerate, show kindness, be indiscriminate, and show love to all in society, irrespective of their economic or social class. Their positive impacts on others can evaluate their real beauty. They gain respect by treating others appropriately, and not compromising their values and standards.

Menstrual Hygiene Management
We promote menstrual health through education and the distribution of sanitary pads in schools and communities, ensuring girls can manage their periods safely without missing out on life or learning.
Education
We support the girl-child and youth through mentorship, leadership training, and educational resources. Our programs like Teen Talks and conferences aim to inspire responsible, educated change-makers.
Life Skills & Leadership Development
Empowering youth with communication, decision-making, goal setting, and critical thinking skills to become confident leaders in their communities.
Entrepreneurship
We train out-of-school girls in practical, income-generating skills, helping them build confidence, reduce low self-esteem, and integrate successfully into society as self-reliant young women.
